Making the most, part II - Get into the conversation.

Since VendingBox launched as an in-conversation store, many vendors have had great success promoting their products throughout the network, without the need for users to visit the Fan page store.
This is done by getting the store into relevant conversations and having it spread by user sharing.

In this short article we look at a quick and easy way for you to have your complete VendingBox store, open on a relevant product, and presented into your fan / friend feeds.
The VendingBox appears just like a youtube video, right there in the conversation.

This way they don't need to visit your Fan page store in order to buy, and your products will show up on Facebook search.


New Products, special promotions

Announcing a new product or promotion is an excellent way to make use of the in-conversation store.
Once you have imported, or uploaded your product information, simply find the product in your VendingBox.

This can be done using the VendingBox search box (top right), or by browsing to the product in the appropriate category.

Now 'share' the product from the VendingBox. This does something special. It indicates that what is to be shared is the VendingBox itself, already open on this product.
In the box marked 'What's on your mind?' use the @ symbol to indicate the page you would like to share to.
e.g. "@YourStorePageName - New Arrival! " , or "@YourStorePageName - Special Promotion, 2 weeks only. "



The VendingBox, open on this product has now been inserted into the stream for each of your friends & fans.

If the product is closed, the full store remains in the stream for users to browse as normal.
